GES PTG BJ's Membership Card Program
The PTG is teaming up with BJ's Wholesale Club and is offering special membership benefits to members of the PTG.

GES PTG ONE-TIME (OT) Donation Program
You asked for this and we’re trying it. In lieu of being asked to participate in fundraisers throughout the year, this is an option to make an annual donation of $50 or $100 to the PTG and receive an “ONE-TIME" Coupon Sheet plus receive the following.
The ONE-TIME $50 (GOLD) Donation program provides the following:
Each OT GOLD Donor will receive
The ONE-TIME $100 (PLATINUM) Donation program provides the following:
(Approximate total value for PLATINUM program = $130)
Each OT PLATINUM Donor will receive all GOLD program benefits

GES PTG Movie Night
The PTG will be sponsoring 4 movie nights in the GES Cafeteria this school year.
GES Entertainment Books
This is the PTG’s 2nd largest fundraiser and runs for 2 weeks in October. These books virtually pay for themselves once a few coupons are used. There are coupons for movie discounts, buy one get one free at restaurants, activities (i.e.-Southwick’s Zoo, Sturbridge Village), and a variety of services. Students take orders and the books are sent home via backpacks within a few days.
National Grid
National Grid is teaming up with the PTG (October). Look for more information coming home in backpacks!
GES Cookout
The cookout is a fun family event in celebration of the end of the school year and kick-off to summer. It includes food, a dunk tank, speed pitch, and raffles. New this year will be grade-level raffles with themes of Summer Fun, Sports/Activities, and Summer Reading. The cookout is a Spring event.
Perrault Nursery Discount Card
This is an opportunity to purchase a discount card to save at Perreault Nurseries for your spring yard and garden needs. This is a win win for you and the school! Think mulch!! Perrault Nursery discount cards are available in the spring.
Faculty Basketball Game
A very big success last year! This year's event will be the second annual Faculty Basketball game. Students (past and present) love seeing and cheering on their teachers and GES staff!
Family Fun Night
Dinner and Games! More information coming soon! Tentative date is February 10, 2012.
Yearbooks
The Yearbook has become a GES Tradition and is a big hit with the children. The Yearbook is available in the spring.

Each OT PLATINUM Donor will receive all GOLD program benefits

- ONE Yearbook
- FOUR (GUARANTEED) tickets to the Faculty Basketball game
- Perreault Nursery discount card
- TWO additional Movie Night passes (total of four passes)
- ONE package Energy Saving light bulb and Smart Powerstrip

- Drinks and snacks will be served during the event.
